How do I sell hops?
Just register as a Grower, create listings, and wait for sales to come in!
How do I buy hops?
Register as a Buyer/Brewer, setup your address and paypal account, and you are ready to go! Growers will automatically ship you hops.
How do I know if Ive sold hops?
You will receive an automated email alerting you of the sale! Just print the shipping label, affix to box, and drop off at your local Shipping company
How do I get paid?
We have a fancy back-end software talking to PayPal, this software automatically distributes payment twice a month.
If I sell hops, how long do I have to ship them?
Once you sell some hops, please print and ship them as soon as possible to avoid frustrating customers.
How come MontanaHopsExchange is taking a percentage of my sale?
Unfortunately, the software, server hosting, paypal transactions, and more are not free. We have just calculated the absolute minimum amount possible to charge the seller/buyer and to keep the site operational. We are NOT making money off this site, you are!
What if I want to delete a listing or sell hops that are listed elsewhere?
No problem! Feel free to delete listings as needed. It's also possible to make "hidden" listings that you can use for personal inventory.
Can I sell hops from the Exchange only inside Montana?
Nope! The Shipping label system is setup to generate labels anywhere you sell hops inside the United States.
